Cultural coaching for enhanced cultural Intelligence, adaptability and performance
Individual coaching programs delivered one on one focus on developing broad cultural intelligence to enable the individual to identify, adapt, communicate and negotiate in a range of different cultural situations. Cultural coaching focuses on competencies required to improve the Cultural Intelligence of organisations, individuals and families. Cultural Coaching can also be provided as a follow up to cross-cultural awareness training
On-going cultural coaching reinforces the training in the new location providing opportunities to discuss situations of cultural challenge or confusion and the strategies used to manage the situations. This can enhance the cross-cultural competencies learnt as well as assist with personal adaptation to the new location. Coping strategies, change management skills and family issues can be discussed and goals set to work through the adaptation and increase competence in the new environment.
